I made some bookmarks for my new insect books!
(This book is “how to read an insect” by Ross Piper)I thought one way to help my phobia was to start drawing them. (As well as learning about them) I have another book with a lot of Britain’s bugs.. and it seems like I’m mostly ok with the butterfly and beetle pages.
