I use sketchbook! It’s free and it’s really high quality! The only thing I don’t like about it is that you have to screenshot your art to upload it. Other than that it is an amazing app!
I personally enjoy using procreate! Although I can’t speak on how it compares to other programs because I haven’t used any others, I can’t see myself switching or even wanting to try any others. It’s efficient and simple, which is exactly what I need from a program. Too many buttons, settings, etc. would make it hard to learn and use for me. You don’t have to worry about saving your art like programs such as clip studio paint because it saves automatically. I’ve only ever lost a few pieces and that’s because I manually deleted them accidentally. Plus, it’s a one time purchase and after that you can just use it without paying a subscription. Overall, I would recommend Procreate.
I use medibang for my tablet and csp ob my computer. Do i recommend them? Clip studio yes, medibang not really. I'm pretty sure you get why clip studio, but for medibang, i think there's better free option you can find.

My main problem with Medibang is that they have limited good free brushes ( especially texture ones). So you either have to make your own brushes or just deal with your art looking all smooth. Though i do agree that medibang is pretty easy to use and i mainly use medibang to draw since i draw on my tablet more often than on my computer.
I use Krita and I always recommend it. It's free and for PC, you have so many options and can make animations in it too. The only negative side is that it can be pretty confusing for beginners
csp and yes. is on sale now, i think. might be last chance to buy before it becomes a sub service.
I use medibang for my computer (I’m sure you can also get it on a phone or tablet). I recommended because is free but I do tend to have difficulties when drawing but thats probably because of the way I draw it which can cause to take more time that I shouldn’t be wasting on. Besides that it’s pretty easy to use I haven’t had much problems with it and I have used it for more than a year now:)
Csp it costs money and the people behind it did some dumb stuff when it comes to the computer version of Csp but all in all it’s a really good app
Free but has in app purchases: ibis paint x

10$ but no iap: procreate

Procreate is my main drawing app rn :) it’s really good
I use ibis paint x
I use infinite painter, I wish there was more than 3 layers, and it would be nice if I could use the symmetry tool, but I still like it better than ibispaint x.
I'm currently using Paint Tool Sai 2 (bc I switched from laptop to computer) but I normally use Medibang Paint Pro!!
I recommend both, but Medibang is far better than PTS for sure. Easier to use, it has dark mode, and it's just prettier to look at, tbh. Medibang is free, so is PTS if you have the time to get the cracked version.
I m using clip studio for 6 yrs but lately i m trying out krita, and maybe testing out other software too ✨✨
Sketchbook, it is so natural with it’s digital art tools. Ibispaint is good too.
I use ibispaintx because it is free and lets you use a lot of things for free (it has ads to use certain brushes and an ad at the top so they have money but its still amazingn and ads aren't a big problem)
I have used Medibang and Krita! :D
I prefer Medibang as I did find it easier to use along with coming across some glitches with Krita (could just be my tablet though (TuT)) but both programs are really good and they are free! :D and they do have a lot of brushes too!
I use clip studio paint. It's a pretty awesome drawing software but I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. There's a lot of settings and effects that can be a little overwhelming and it cost money as well
I Use procreate, I’d definitely recommend it
