I personally just use a slightly darker color for each color,(ie dark blue for blue shirt, grey for white hair etc) and just air brush when I'm lazy.
But I'm sure by now you took everyone else easier advice

u make a sun in the cornor and let it do its magic. i am not kidding all ny sketches a have a sun to help me shade

Ok so here's how I do it (my method isn't really that great but you can look at my gallery to see what I mean and how it looks)
Most drawing apps let you change the setting of your layer, I change my shading layer to "soft light" and start coloring with black. I make a few shaded lines and then lower the opacity of the layer a bit. This method will make all of you black lines just like a color slightly darker than what you're drawing on.
I use the lines to mark shadows and where things overlap.
