Self PortraitNot exactly sure how to caption this one.
I love doing self portraits. It seems vain but I could probably draw myself all day. But whenever I draw these things, I always end up reflecting on myself. I see little details in my skin that have changed. Maybe a new freckle, or a new scar. My hair is obviously one way I love to outwardly express myself. That too always seems to change. Some days my eyes have more light than others.
I guess there is just something about reflection both inward and outward that I get from doing these.Jan 31, 2024
