I love the concept and the soft colors ! Maybe the wail could benefit from some more highlights or a different hue, to stand out from the background ? I also feel like there's something missing between the ray and the wail, something like flying leaves or other creatures the create a flow between the two main focus points. Right now, there is nothing to drive the eye from one to the other
