Well Nathan and stray would probably dress each other in something warm and find places to sit and paint people having fun while sharing a scarf.
Carmilla would be throwing snowballs at anyone she sees while jinx spends the day making hot drinks for everyone, when the sun goes down the two would probably go ice skating along with vlad since that’s the only time he can go out.
Akira would try to stay indoors all day but Luna would probably throw snowballs at her window till she comes out, probably after making an army of mini snowmen around her house.
And finally Connor would probably spend the day building snowmen with his daughter.

Jolt and Benny get warm drinks and snuggle up to keep warm~ Benny loves relaxing near the fire on cold days (and Jolt likes whatever makes him happy).
Flare's pretty comfortable in cold weather, so he'd go out, see how pretty everything looks covered in snow, maybe even convince a friend to go ice skating or something. If others get cold, he can use his fire powers to help warm them up

•Alex stays inside next to the fireplace wrapped up in a blanket with some tea. He hates the snow.
Hannah would spend time with him, of course, but unlike him, she likes the cold. Eventually she’d get back outside, and enjoy the snow. Maybe break some ice and go for a swim. (Hannah has the opposite of Alex, he can survive extreme heat, and she can survive extreme cold.)
Eventually she’d manage to drag Alex outside. Outdoor chores still need to be done, afterall. But once he’s out and prepared for the cold, he’ll be fine. If Hannah hasn’t broken all the ice on the island, he’ll strap some blades to their shoes and go ice skating, since somehow he knows how to do that despite hating the cold. Maybe have a bit of a snowball fight.
Once the outdoor chores are done, they’d head back inside, with Hannah making some soup and hot chocolate, Alex sticking with his tea. And back to enjoying eachother’s company, cuddling and listening to more of Sakura’s stories of long before she found the two.

Gem would sit a bowl outside to fill up with snow, while shes outside playing in it (yes she is not a child but she cant resisit the snow)
Once the bowl is filled, she’d put cream, vanilla and sugar in it and make snow icecream :D

•Well this probably doesn't count but what my persona does is dress up in warm and floofy clothes then goes outside to play with children in her neighborhood (snowball fights or snow sculpture or even building snowmans etc.) , she makes them hot chocolate and then goes back home, watch movies on her couch or in bed and fall asleep for another 500000000 years lmfao
