"We want something new” | commentary on AI-artold art from ~1.5 years ago, but it was definitely a defining point in my current art.
In this piece i wanted to comment on how AI-art has affected the mental state of artists and how pressured artists may feel to keep creating new things. I wanted to convey the feelings of running out of time and the helplessness that came with how impactful the new wave of AI came to be.
Though, there is a burning spirit within the artist to keep creating. I want to keep making art.

Neat posture for this. Love the hands forcing and grabbing them back. Funny how ai art is now polluting everything and everywhere with shlock. I can’t find real human references well anymore. It’s like it’s poisoning the internet at this point.
