Katniss on the Cliffs — Digital Illustration
Another older piece based on The Hunger Games, featuring how I imagine Katniss to look while reading it. As much as I loved the movies and enjoy Jennifer Lawrence's acting, I am a believer that Katniss is intended or coded to be Indigenous in the books and wanted that to be represented here! The description of the arena also reminded me of the Pacific Northwest region, with its temperate climate and variety of desert and alpine forest, so I used a picture of it as a background!Oct 29, 2022#digital
