Icing is Seafoam's life long best friend, the two spend their days working on tasks that Seafoam has. They're very chaotic when together, which is a lot of the time due to how inseparable they are. Seafoam could not wish for a better best friend.In this piece, Icing is holding the end of a fishing net while Seafoam pulls it up and checks for any litter or fish that have gotten caught in the net. :)
