Am really curious bout this question... How is the art in some webtoons(especially those based on ancient Europe) really detailed? Like characters wear frilly clothes that has many laces and the background such as palace or something look really beautiful, do they draw every dress and building for each panel, 'cause the quality of the art is great so isn't it tiring to draw them all over again?Some examples are- The Villainess Is A Marrionette(The art looks stunning in it), The Way to protect The Female Lead's Brother, WMMP and many others too( mostly reincarnation and another world genre)Mar 19, 2021

Are you talking about the super anime stylized but with a lot of details webtoons ? Like "Your thrones" and such ?
Well, first they are korean stories from what I know, and as the other said, it's made with a lot of backgrounds sets and special plant brushes, to save time for the artist to focus on some details on the dresses or hair or some elements of the decor
For those backgrounds sets, a lot of them are also made in 3D and painted over actually, and sometimes with characters too
3D models placed and then you draw over to have correct poses and anatomy
All of that is made to save time and make the work easier

It's a possibility there may be a team of artists or just have possibly pen presets.

•I don't know if I've read the ones you listed, but I have noticed that a lot of webtoon artists/studios use Clip Studio Paint assets for a lot of these details and other bg items. It definitely cuts down the draw time and it also looks great!
