Anatomical Heart Dragon

In part as an inside joke, one of my friends and patrons requested an anatomical heart dragon for this month of Valentine's. XD In a fantasy Cowboy ttrpg we played, there's a monster-hunting group called Dusters who tend to sign their letters with anatomically correct hearts instead of the little symbols. They're such funky little nerds, I love them.
