My first digital drawing of Mox. She’s my Irkensona. My style has changed a lil bit since 2014, but her design has stayed relatively the same
. ——— Fun facts about Mox ———
•She was born naturally. When discovered, her parents were executed for treason. She was used for science experiments due to her unique condition.
•Mox has Leucism and ocular albinism.
•The empire used her for pigmentation and coloration experiments. They wanted to see if it was possible to change an irken’s eye and skin color, possibly to create a uniform appearance for all irken soldiers.
•Throughout her captivity she was kept in a state of semi-suspended animation. When the experiments continually failed, the science ward eventually lost interest. She was set aside and her existence was eventually forgotten altogether.
•No one knows exactly how old she is, but it’s estimated that she’s nearly 1000.
•Her yellow eye is a result of a pigment injection. Her vision is impaired as a result.
•She was rescued by Yani and Seva.
•Yani developed a method to remove her PAK, allowing her to regain consciousness. She doesn’t have much memory of her time in captivity on Irk, but she does have the lasting dislike of sharp objects.
•Because her mind and body’s development was paused/suspended, she tends to be very innocent and naive.. but she’s a fast learner
•Mox is very curious! She loves food, especially sweets. She also likes soft things and comfy lounge wear.Apr 22, 2021
