Dazzle Wecome Home oc

Just noticed I never posted a ref for Dazzle, my WH oc.

So heres what I remember about her:

Dazzle didn't live in the neighborhood. She had to be summoned by calling her name 3 times which Wally and the audience would do (sometimes she would just show up on her own too). Dazzle would try to fix everything with magic but of course she'd make things worse.Jun 15, 2023
