Not gonna lie these two are perfect.
Adrian (one with glasses) is the true chaos bringer, but he always puts Owen head first into his troubles and Owen being the eldest just... either goes along with it to keep an eye on the rascal or just has to live with the fact Adrian will get hurt- (so he goes along regardless)
... they are close.
