For those who sew: What is your favorite stitch? I personally really love the Blanket-stitch and the Back-stitch. I use both of those a lot for certain plush projects. I'm still practicing better ways to do the ladder stitch, so hopefully I can get better at that soon.Sep 25, 2024

BLANKET STITCH MY BELOVED!! It's so cute and simple hehe ^-^ I also like doing chain stitches, but that's more of a decorative embroidery thing-

I’m a day late, but blanket stitch is so pleasant to do; it’s visible but still can look so clean and confident. Backstitch is my go-to for embroidering designs into the fabric, not so much for the seams of a plush / ornament.
Ladder stitch is great for repairing items seamlessly… I’ve yet to use it for stuffed animals or ornaments but I’ve seen it done beautifully.
