Iris's, the Winds daughter and Matisse

Guess what these have in common .

I have only been able to do a tiny bit more of painting with my daughter home sick but this sweet little statue makes me happy.

This was a bit inspired by Jizo Bosatsu statues from Japan who is known as a kind and patient deity and protectors of children and travellers.

This is actually only 2-3cm tall so it looks a bit scrappier being enlarged like this .
