Just some random things because text posts on here remind me of twitter and tumblr mixed:
1. When making scrambled eggs, before pouring them in the pan, make sure you got a decent amount of oil of choice and put in about 1-2 tsp of cumin seeds, let them cook for about 30 seconds then add in your egg. Super yummy addition to scrambled eggs.
2. Covergirl has a line of clean makeup and their Cleantopia mascara in the shade dark brown is my new fave mascara.
3. Rosacea with hormonal acne is a true pain. Because the acne is what triggers my Rosacea more than anything and my acne is not wanting to go away no matter what I do.
Plus the temperature getting cooler is irritating my face and making it dry out more.
4. Listening to Xdinary Heroes feels like a full circle moment. Before I got into so many kpop groups, I was listening to rock a lot. I grew out of some bands, as they were what I needed at the time, and certain kpop groups ended up being what I needed then and now.
Day6 has always been one of my go to bands, but they never had any super heavy or intense songs. Not that it's bad; they're a band I go to when I wanna relax and chill out.
But I also appreciate heavier music and I'm greatful Xdinary Heroes is playing with heavier sounds more. Them doing a full on heavy metal song has just made me so happy.
5. I sometimes come across live streams of different sanctuaries across Africa and when I'm sad, I'll turn one of them on. Sometimes there's not much activity, then they'll be a herd of giraffes, or zebras, or elephants. Sometimes it's just different birds. But even when there's nothing, there's still beauty.
