in the year 930 M.E, all technology by the company "Elysian" had crashed.All data was wiped from the internet, Operating Systems were destroyed, and all that required Elysian's technologies to mine, create and trade were thrown into turmoil.
This event to most was known as the "Blue-out", nicknamed this due to the Zephyr gates around lorlyn having their elaborate hologram break down, and show the rea sky and weather to the people of Lorlyn for the first time.
The cause of all of this havoc was a rouge hacker named "Asura Vanyym", a past technician from Elysian who had worked on the 'shade' project, which was shut down one day with no reason with everyone involved being instantly terminated.
Asura was found 3 months later and, Due to her crimes against her old company, and for ruining the lives of many people, all her possessions were taken from her and given to Elysian, whilst Asura was taken to the depths of Lorlyn to suffer a slow, painful death at the hands of Ashphon's heat.
At least, that's what the public thinks.
After all, They didn't find the body.
