Yo your colors are really soft and pretty, and I like the color contrast of the hair and the green background 
But it looks like the (from the perspective of the character) left hand is attached to the right arm, since the shoulders are positioned in a way that the left arm is directed out of the right border of the picture. You could try to sketch out the whole pose before drawing to avoid unfortunate anatomy! Keep it up
