Draw from reference. A popular method is to look at book from George Bridgman, copy them and then draw them from memory

•I find that it can be helpful to notice basic anatomy on your own body as a start (I know that sounds kinda stupid). Simple things like where your arms line up in relation to the rest of your body, ways that your hands naturally lay, how big your legs are compared to your hands. It's all comparative.
