Suggestive content, DNI UNDER 16I hate the excuse artists use for not drawing people of color when they say “ I don’t draw dark skinned characters because I use pastel colors in my art” cause it’s a bullshit excuse. Like bruh I use semi pastel colors and that’s never stopped me from drawing black and other poc. Also pastel brown exists and it makes for great contrasts against light colors, just play around with the color wheel to find some dark brown colors that would fit.

I don't draw poc often because I'm on paper and I'm scared to mess it up, but last time I drew a poc was for my personnal project and she turned out so

Moral of the story is : always try anyway and help yourself with tutorial what do you think they were created for ?!
Plus I saw an artist drawing black people in pastel and it just look so cute I wish they were more poc with pastel
