Unlike NSFW, I don't think there's any restrictions regarding what sort of gore you can post under filters. It just probably can't have NSFW undertones, or it would have to have the NSFW-specific filter.
PS, make sure to use the Gore filter. A lot of people use the Custom filter for totally grisly stuff and it bugs me so much 🙃

As long as you use the filter, so people that don’t want to see gore doesn’t see it, it’s fine!!!! Would be nice if Instagram and twitter had that too 😂
