Regarding smaugust, so I know I said I was gonna do it this year and then I said it would be uploaded later and then it hasnāt happened at all.
so whatās going on?
Honestly a lot of family things, not just my own. I had to help a sibling whoās pregnancy was being difficult so I was helping with her two kids and some house work and then she had a preme baby and while healthy has still ment Iāve had to help them out with the kids until new one was out of hospital.
With this smaugust as well I have definitely made the most of making the artworks full sized sheets (8.5āx11ā) instead of doing half sheets or a smaller sketchbook so between not having a lot of time to draw when I do itās a lot larger than I should probably be doing for an art challenge. So because of this I probably will upload them next year at this point just cause Iād like to put them out in august.Which is okey with me as I still have some artworks to finish in my sketchbook as well as some other ideas or possibilities.
Iāve then been debating on if I want to do adoptables and/or colouring books and what that needs to look like as I need the money but just donāt know a where to start especially considering Iām a traditional artist so I donāt know how the difference would be compared to digital art.
If anyone could say how theyāve handled traditional art commissions Iād appreciate the feed back
Iāve decided to redo my pinup series
For those who donāt know when I was more active on da and Instagram I was doing this thing where I took pinup poses and I was putting them to mythical creatures like fairyās and centaurs things like that.
Most of them when I look back Iām very happy with but I wanna see how much Iāve improved as well so Iām gonna redo them. Idk if Iāll keep the ones that Iāve technically done already as the same species or not but Iāll decide that later.
Not like Iām going to be doing this anytime soon but I just wanted to get that out thereSep 5, 2022
