I really like your style especially how you drew the eye. If you were going for something more realistic the proportions of the face are a bit off. There should be the same distance between chin and nostrils as from nostrils to eyebrows and eyebrows to hairline and then there's a little bit of the top of the head. Also in profile the ear starts in the middle if the head.
