Alasdair: Dragon Age TarotA Dragon Age tarot card - specifically the two of cups - for one of my OCs. It’s very much where Alasdair finds himself when first joining the inquisition as one of its agents. I have the sketch up on my profile for now but I’ll be getting rid of it soon now that the big piece is done!
He’s striking a careful balance between himself and the spirit he’s struck a bargain with - Purpose. While these two help each other achieve their goals through their partnership, he also has the contrasting connection with Francine ( @lo_battery ‘s oc), who Alli is only growing closer to, to contend with.
His bond with Purpose is shaken by his growing connection with Francine, threatening to corrupt the spirit and throw off the careful balance the two had come to rely on to function as a unit.Apr 24, 2021
