It’s really a cute jellyfish! It’s interesting how it blends with the background and how the stars built up the perspective of the scene! And the pastel tones have set a soft and dreamy atmosphere, emphasized with the soft brush strokes.
The only thing I think that jellyfish could be improved is in its transparency. As translucent beings, light often passes through their body and tentacles, so a little lower opacity should have done the trick, while keeping the stylization.
