I need some advice regarding a user on toyhouse breaking my TOS :/
It's not a HUGE deal, I'm just not sure if I should let it be or if I should do something to take action
Okay so in 2019, this user bought a character design from me (on Adopts Amino originally.) I don't have a super strict TOS, really my only rule is "don't delete the character's toyhouse profile." Checking who owns my designs on toyhouse helps me keep track of them and prevent possible theft.
Not long after purchasing the adopt, the user deleted the toyhouse profile. I messaged them on amino, and kindly reminded them of my TOS. The character was reuploaded.
Jump to October 2021. The character is once again no longer in my designs tab, meaning they were deleted AGAIN.
I message the user on toyhouse, remind them of my TOS, and ask if they could reupload the character, or, in the case that the design was transferred to someone else, link me to the new owner.
My message was read, but I got no response.
I messaged them again in May, as well as yesterday. Both were read, no response.
I know if I just keep messaging them, they're not going to respond. I'm also getting suspicious that this user has done something bad with my design, considering that they have deleted the profile twice now.

Sounds sticky situation. :s so they don't give any Credits?
I don't think you should put a lot of energy into this. The situation is nasty, but it gets worse if you stay to watch over an old customer.
You probably have that original desing somewhere? So maybe you can download it in toyhouse/some and tell the details in there? Like who own desing at the moment and ect. At least then if someone sees that picture without Credit and later yours, they know original source.
