Rainbow Born from DarknessMy submission to the 'Draw an OC using ibisPaint X's Blinding Default Colours' challenge: a young god of the rainbow who was born from the Goddess of Destruction and the God of Twilight. Yeah, his birth had at least 5 pantheons questioning godly genetics, the laws of the Universe and alchemy.
Nonetheless, his parents loved their child although his happy-go-lucky attitude towards everything was so vexing they took turns withdrawing from their duties for centuries at a time just to make sure he doesn't get swindled by some mortal peddler. After the fourth time finding holes in their treasury, they learned. However, despite being aloof at times, he does have a dark side that makes his parents very proud. If he finds someone made a fool of him, he would pour a millennia into tormenting the transgressor from hiding their most precious items to sealing them in their homes with a ring of fire. So, his life is mostly just playing with butterflies, collecting iridescent/colourful objects, and destroying lives. Very lovable.
I had so much fun using these colours - I thought I already used saturated, vibrant colours but this was the ultimate test for my poor eyes. I always wanted to draw a rainbow guy and the default colour palette made choosing colours so easy. Halfway through though, I forgot which brush I was using after switching and I think I got the right one but I can't be 100% sure. Lastly, new year, new watermark - one with my username, rectangular, simple.Jan 6, 2024

Hes so colorful and a bit evil I love that for him :D!! Kinda feels like a "feeling cute might destroy some guys life l8ter" vibes or somthing, hed probably be a really fun character to see around:D amazing as always^^
