I don't understand what the Clip Studio Paint PRO license allows me:
Can I use it on two computers, my phone and my Ipad?
Or can I only use it on two devices all together?

I'm not sure if there is a device limit. I got the EX lifetime plan & I just login with my account when using a different device. Though I can only really use it on my PC cause it's difficult to use on my phone.

I canβt answer all your questions but I know, for animation, EX allows you to animate any length while PRO only allows you make 2 seconds of animation. Personally thatβs why I upgraded to EX. I think PRO has most other features.

β’From what I understand - Csp on phone/ tablet is only available through a monthly subscription, and isn't included in an ex or pro license that is a simple one time payment. I can't remember if there's any device limits on the one time payment version of the program, just that the mobile versions are definitely not included.
For the monthly subs, there's 1, 2 and 4 device plans. A 2 device sub is 2 devices full stop - so only 1 pc and 1 mobile. Or 2 pcs. Or 2 mobile devices.
The benefits of an ex license are unlimited frames in an animation, the ability to make multi page comics in the same file and export them. I'd say unless you're specifically looking to do animation or comics, you probably don't need it. And I'd suggest just buying pro, and upgrading to ex later if you think you might need that - its a LOT more money for not that many features, imo.
