Hey does anyone know a website that tell if it ok to sell  copyright   anime shows /manga into art to sell ? (I remember another artist comment that usually you it ok to sell 50% original artwork and 50% fanart. but I don’t know if that valid anymore )  Jan 27, 2023

I never heard of the 50/50 as a hard guideline. If it's of any IP, like a manga, anime, video game, Disney, you selling art of it is copyright infringement. However, you're also not making millions off the art you're selling of it. So the companies don't care about smaller businesses doing that. If they do, then I understand that they'll send you a cease and desist letter to make you stop.
So basically sell whatever you want until someone with the IP stops you.
