In terms of art tips I would say maybe look at your colour contrast? You’re going for a bright and multicoloured look, and it’s excellent, but to really help it pop you could add some more tonal variation. One tip I found really helpful is to turn your art to greyscale to check how light or dark your colours are against each other.
For this piece, you would perhaps want to make the background a lot lighter or darker than the figure in the foreground so they don’t get “lost”.
