I love a good birb so this Will be LONG
Peafowl, especially white peafowl for obvious reasons if you know anything about me. Herons and cranes, Especially the Japanese crane. We have a lot of hawks, falcons, vultures and owls in my neighborhood so I love birds of prey. But the Lanner falcon, barn owl and bearded vultures are my fav.

Local birds; Blue Jays, Tufted Titmice, Carolina Wrens, & hummingbirds
Non-local birds: Smooth-billed Ani, Collared Aracari, & Kakapo!

Oh damn. I don't think I can answer fully, but some of my faves are red-browed finches, cockatoos, rosellas, and wrens. Theres so so so many to choose from and I love them all

I don't know enough birds to make a final declaration but I love kingfishers. Really beautiful colors.
And I also appreciate the muted and humble colors of the barn owl. I also like how round the face is.

It's hard to pick a favorite jaja, but Quails are really funny birds 
Others I love are: Sparrows, Shoebils and Secretary Birds
