So I heard a lot of people talking in my school about how Ukraine is very well known as a country in war. Yeah, I get that but as a Ukrainian, there is more than meets the eye.In Ukraine, beetroot is very popular because it is used to make one of the most recognizable soups in the world, Borscht.
