Queen of the Jungle
Not me accidentally hitting International Tiger Day.. I've been doodling away at this girl for days now (mainly her paws cause perspective and paws don't make a great combination XD) and as i started my hunt for tiger facts i realized the very important date for the stripey race.What a happy coincidence, i will take it!
Also, once more into my sketchbook, one day i will erase my sketchlines. Maybe. Probably not.
The tiger is the largest member of the cat family Felidae. Since the early 20th century around 93% of the historic range of tiger populations has been lost and the tiger is listed as Endangered on the IUCN red list.
Adult tigers lead a mainly solitary life, young female tigers establish their new home range close to that of their mother's. Male young on the other hand migrate further away.Jul 29, 2021
