We all know that tv shows or movies can teach you bad lessons that they show as if it is normal. But what was something USEFULL you have learned from watching tv/movies?

I for example have learned about how I should communicate with my partner because I have seen too much drama between characters because they don't communicate correctly.

I really hate the scenarios where a character suspects something and DOESN'T TALK ABOUT IT WITH THEIR PARTNER. And then after they accused their partner off cheating it turns out they planned a surprise party for them or something.

All I learned from movies is that I hate movies 👍
Idk off the top of my head but I've definitely learned good things from shows and movies. I think communication is a good example though. So much miscommunication in shows and movies and you can easily see how it messes things up, and what NOT to do.
Communication, like you said, is a HUGE thing I learned from media

I also learned that nuance exists and that not everything is so black and white, even extremely hot button and controversial issues that always tend to have two “sides”
Treat people how you'd like to be treated is by far the most valuable to me :)

You don't know what the other person is going through so it's best to always have a mutual understanding for them
