Toon Boom Harmony is another program used by industry folks, and Krita has animation capabilities as well.

not saying that you can’t make good animation using stuff like procreate, ibis paint, or Toonsquid but y’all really gotta be fr and realize SOME recommendations aren’t comparable to using an industry standard program packed with many different features
