Dreaming underwater

Last day of #mermay - high time to share this piece.
Last year or so vonnart on instagram did a series with mermen and numbers and I thought what a great idea and tried the alphabet. Because letters themselves would be too obvious, this one is rotated in perspective
I'm not sure it still holds up - but can you guess what letter it might be?
