duude dont worry man,! Just focus on the 3 months, i did tjree months, it was a long run , dude think, i can go longer next time, maybe 4 months, maybe 5! , but if you dont thats completely fine man!! for the friend situation maybe stop venting to that friend, they seem not too great, maybe start venting to another friend who seems more trusting, but hope ypu feel better dudezo !!
