CalluxI made a new DnD character a little bit ago, but never shared it! This is Callux, my it/its Genderflux mute alchemist gnome!
While experimenting with a new concoction, Callux imbued its magic into the contents as usual and watched the mixture sparkle to life. It took a sip, waiting to feel the effects and jot down its findings, but… nothing happened. Looking back into the cauldron, maybe the ingredients were a little off, maybe it’s the wrong color, maybe it was missing something. It tossed in a couple more ingredients, hoping to fix what had gone wrong, but then a bright light burst forth from the mixture. The cauldron exploded, destroying the house from the inside out, disintegrating Callux’s formulae book, and burning the gnome’s right side. It called for help, desperately screaming for assistance, but… nobody came. Nobody could hear it. The whole time it had been calling for help, it never made a sound.Sep 20, 2023
