Prism is a Goddess--specifically, she's in control of maintaining the timelines of Lyrae. I plan on making an entire post about how the timelines work at some point so I'm not going to go into too much detail here. She is the boss of Serenity and works under Nokarae.
I dont know if you can tell, but her gimmick happens to be rainbow. Rainbow everything. Once I drew her with rainbow outlines too. Why did I do that
