Honestly the original idea was for him to kinda be lying/resting next to an ox. But then I wouldn't be able to keep him within the box while also looking vaguely indoors. It started to look way too cluttered so I scrapped it. It ended up looking pretty plain, but it's fine I guess since he's a simple guy anyway. =w=
The window/door looking thing is meant to make it look like it's kinda tied to Ran's one. But that's not really possible either since there's steps on this one.
