;; Part 2 of ridiculously dumb hacks(long post ahead srry!)
If you make rather small crafts and want to add some extra charm, nail products are just p-e-r-f-e-c-t

I'm into nails and have been looking into many crafts which I would like to try and seriously, I can't stop thinking about how much you could upgrade them using any deco meant for nails. Resin art, shakers, custom phone cases, jewellery, accessories for ooak dolls hair/clothes...
The thing is, nail decorations are small so they are perfect for small-sized crafts! And there is so much variety and so many complex looking accessories that the possibilities are endless!
Smaller strasses & pearls, shaped & micro glitters, fimo figures, fancy charms (golden/silver-like, some with strasses included), short chains with charms, flowers (dried flowers and plastic/fake nacre ones), translucent/glittered/metallic ornaments (bows, hearts, circles, bears, etc), pompoms, shiny & super small tapes, metallic foil flakes & random foils with pretty textures n drawings... There are molds to make some of these charms as well.
Also, they use/sell tools that come very handy for other crafts. Drills/e-files, dotters, tweezers, liners & othe brushes (which often come in sets) etc which are very good for precision bc they are done to work on nails.
Last but not least, although average nail polish doesn't work well with many crafts, gel (uv/led) nail polishes can be used to paint on resin or polymer crafts. I've seen people making small resin-like things with them and other nail products (acrylics, acrygel/polygel, hard gels) as well. I even read that uv/led gel polish is actually what they sell as uv resin (¿ Of course I'm not sure abt any of that and I don't want to misinform you, but if you already have an uv lamp for uv resin, it might not hurt to give it a try.
And of all that is sold locally in my very small, third world city so there must be a ton more things sold online/in your countries! I know some stores only sell to nail technicians but not all of them (at least where I live). Some things can be a little expensive, but imo they don't cost more than average craft materials and they could really upgrade some crafts! Plus the decorations alone are very affordable and are sold in enough quantities to cover at least 10 nails.
I don't know if y'all already knew abt it, but I can't stop thinking about the possibilities guys

I used to do toy customization, and nail products DO work like a charm! Especially the super teeny tiny brushes
