Your art is spectacular and vibrant! I really want that alarm clock hahaha her room just seems so comfy aesthetic, and the wall doodles are a very nice touch of detail. I think you could place the manta ray further away for the overall shape to be clearer, and the whale (whale right?) took me a bit to understand that im looking at its underside. Overall it's still very magical and the water flowing in is so clever. I think you've nailed down colours and atmosphere and details.

I have a soft spot for bright and colorful artworks, so I can surely tell you nailed them here! They feel pastel, but also neon, and it really hits the dreamy atmosphere you went for.
You also did great with the line work here, the very thin lines give a soft and delicate touch to the piece as a whole.
Now, for the improvement part, I think you should have experimented with more depth outside of the window. Perhaps a landscape with more perspective or a darker sea with a better arrangement of the corals and sea structures should do the trick.
From an overall perspective, this was all neatly executed, with the bright colors setting the vibes and the line work working together with the theme to deliver the right effects! Congrats, and keep on arting your best! :D
