Akiko Ozaki and Zachariah: Zachariah's Low Potassium

Zachariah and Akiko Ozaki the the geisha/geiko/geigi, are in their Japanese house in Kyoto, Japan. Zachariah is running low on potassium. Zachariah's is starting to have a medical emergency. Zachariah needs to go to the emergency room (ER) immediately. Zachariah is having severe muscle paralysis. He's barely breathing. He's having chest paralysis. Zachariah'a muscles are cramping up and starting to have paralysis. Zachariah is having low blood pressure. Zachariah is having kidney problems. Zachariah can barely walk. Akiko is looking confused. Zachariah is starting to have diabetic ketoacidiosis. Akiko says to Zachariah, "Zach-san, can I talk to you?"
While Zachariah is talking to Akiko, his breath is fruity, like he's drinking apple juice. Zachariah's lips are now turning blue. Akiko yells, "Zachariah! Zachariah-San!" Right before Zachariah collapses, his heart is racing a 1,000 miles per hour. He's having a heart arrhythmia. Zachariah looks at Akiko. Then he collapses hard. Akiko's eyes are big. Zachariah hits the Japanese tatami floor. Zachariah is lying in a pool of blood. Akiko calls the Japanese ambulance. The Japanese EMT says to Akiko, "Kon'nichiwa, anata no igaku-teki kinkyū jitai wa nanidesu ka?"
Akiko Ozaki says, "Zachariah is having a severe medical emergency."
The operator says, " Kare wa don'na shōjō o motte imasu ka?
Akiko says, "Zakku is lips are turning blue. He's having difficulty breathing."
The operator says, "Watashi wa Kyōto de anata no basho o tokutei shimasu. Kyūkyūsha wa han-jikan de soko ni aru hazudesu"
Akiko says with frustration and anger, "A half-an-hour?! This is life-threatening. He'll be dead instantly." Akiko Ozaki says, "Sayonara."
Akiko Ozaki grabs Zachariah while he's in the pool of blood. Akiko Ozaki, the geisha/geiko/geigi woman, grabs Zachariah and puts him in shotgun. Akiko Ozaki goes 95 miles per hour to the Kyoto General Hospital. Akiko drives him to the hospital. While he's in the emergency room, Zachariah is getting his vitals checked. Zachariah has a mandatory blood test. Zachariah's potassium is 0.03. He should be legally and medically dead. Zachariah has a urine test in the Japanese hospital his kidneys almost failed from low potassium. Zachariah has to have an IV inserted into him of potassium. A month later, Zachariah is now discharged.Jan 31, 2023
