I havent fully built him but I have some info!
He's a shy boy from Mondstadt. Secretly a hopeless romantic and just wants someone to garden with him.
He's very in love with Diluc, so he avoids him like the plague.
His normal attack hits his opponent with thorns, and if he's fast enough he can basically be turned into an automatic with it.
Elemental skill shoots tall, fast thorns underneath its target, like impaling spikes.
Elemental burst creates a rose underneath him, with thorns around it. It pulses dendro damage and creates a shield around him.
He's a speedy boy, and 5'11
