Powers: withered touch anything she touches with her dead hand will wither, control over spirits, she can appear as a beautiful woman abandoning her dead half for a short period often using it to manipulate foolish people, speaks to supernatural beings
Backstory: when trogi killed angrboda hel was scarred for life and could do nothing but watch as her father loki fought him in combat and ultimately lost as loki laid there helplessly trogi pulled hel into the underworld and left her there
Personality: she's very sassy and sometimes rude to people in the underworld when on the job but when nobody is around she cries at the top of her lungs until her living eye looks as dead inside as her other one she's sad unmotivated and depressed she believes loki didn't do enough to protect her and her family but is willing to forgive him if she got the chance
