QUESTIONNon-art related this time. After a conversation with @lapiedranumerodos now I'm curious. Which is the most disgusting dish from your country?
I must say were I live we have a lot of weird things, some of them are really delicious but if you stop and think about how they're done... Well, better if you don't. Like morcilla, callos or txipirones en su tinta.
But for me, the most disgusting one are Snails. Yes, snails, with a tomato sauce. I never eat them because I can't get myself to. My mum hates them too. But my family eats them every Christmas and

it's basically entrañas de cabra. riñones, hígados, vísceras cocido. (I had to put in translator cause i had no idea how to say that in english sorry if the spanish is broken)

In Sardinia where I live there are plenty of terrible dishes, but I think the most disgusting is Casu Marzu (wich literally means rotten cheese); a cheese shape with live fly larvae on top

•Us swedes have mastered the art of being disgusting by creating a dish made out of rotten fish, called surströmming. It's literally just rotten fish in a can. And when you open that can, it smells like the world just took a dump in your face.

•in finland we have mämmi... it's a dessert typically eaten around easter, but they do sell it around the year. i think it's made of water, rye flour and some other ingredients...
