Beelzebub (New Design)

I'm redesigning some villains in Soulmates and Beelzebub was one of them. She belongs to a mob called the sin group.

 Basically an influencer-type, because let's be honest, the ones calling themselves "high-society" are the most gluttonous people out there.
Cuz gluttony is not just about food.
So I made Beelze basically an eventplaner. 


About her

She throws parties with the money, that was collected from the protection fee. 
So the more she celebrates, the more the poor has to suffer.

Btw, her design before looked very similar, but she looked too modest. Yeah, she was skinny, because her body literally is starving, so she has to consume more and more. (Doesn't matter if food, drinks, alcohol or drugs) But I made her now more unsetteling. You should look at her and get a very uncomfortable feeling.

To be honest, I kinda wanted her to look like a crackjunkie in a way. Cuz parties are not just all fun and giggles. She's dealing with a lot of drugs.

The monsters who go to her parties are basically the rich kind too. Like in our life, how rotten people find themselves together and celebrate like they are something better...looking at Dubai
And the monsters celebrate her, cuz they want to be cool with the popular gal.

Character-wise, she's as rotten and spoiled as it can get. She only joined the sin-group, so she can have this glamourous lifestyle, not caring in the slightest how the lower-class monsters have to suffer because of her lavish lifestyle.

I think you get the idea, what I was going for.
She's basically this rich bitch and is literally a pig what she is doing. ;D


Relationships

Brutus Satanus (Wrath)

He finds her so annoying with her spoiled attitude that it makes his blood boil.
He still gets invited to her parties, and he does show up, so he could get lost in alcohol and forget about himself and his issues for a while.

She is not really scared or afraid of him, she knows that he's short-tempered and does enjoy to play with his emotions. Beelze kinda wants him to be around, because he is so threatening to others, to leave an impression.
Even though Brutus doesn't want to be a bodyguard, in a way, he became one.


Mammon (Greed)

She invites her to her parties, but Mammon would always decline, due to her paranoia of her fortune getting stolen by Beelze.

Beelze doesn't really care about that, since she gets enough cash from the protection fees. 
That's why Beelze would think of Mammon as an "unfun aunt".
She does get along with her daughter somewhat, even though Beelze is more like a toxic friend, because she would get furious when people around her would show "depressing" emotions. 

So Auria (Mammon's daughter) is forced to always be happy around her.


Sir Leviathan (Envy)

She finds him kinda annoying sometimes, since Leviathan would despise her for her luxury lifestyle, always having parties and living a celebrity-like life. But then Beelze would give him crazy stories about her parties and he is INSTANTLY like so intriguied, because he needs the spicy stuff for his newspapers.

If he brings stories from her or advertisment about her parties, his newspapers get bought more easily.
So yeah, he wants to hate her, and he does. 
But he also wants to benefit from her, so he does put up a nice fassade in front of her.


Belfagor (Sloth)

Someone, who does often show up to her parties, at least when gets dragged there by Beelzebub. 
He is uncomplictaed, so it is a nice change of pace to have around.
But more to the fact, that he doesn't fight back and lacks the will to resist.

"If I show up and stay, she will stop talking to me nonstop".

And having him aorund is great, since he is well-seen by monsters, due to his innovations.


Asmo (Lust)

Always shows up to her parties, one cuz he does get along with her pretty well and second, there are many admirers out there and he ofc has to take a look at them.
She also does get invited to his podcasts frequently, and both are well-loved by the richer society.


Lucifer (Pride)

She did invite him once, but he turned it down, because he didn't want to be around "filthy scum". Since then, she never sent another one. Was a strike to her ego. He doesn't have power over her, since Scharu & Maya are her bosses, but Lucy sure as hell pretends he does. She doesn't show it, but secretly she wants to be greater and more powerful than him. Lucy doesn't see her as a threat, more an annoyance, since she has this influence to the broad mass, while his theatre, while beloved, stays intellectually too complex.

I'm very happy how she turned out!
So in love with her design.
First design where she was basically a fat pig was boring, the second one where she got to be this influencer-type was better, but she looked way too nice. And now, with this new design she stands out way more. And ofc the drawing, it's just aaaah I'm so proud of it!! <3
Just because of the design, she became my fav sin now. xD

And yeah, I did every single sin, and I love their designs so much. . The ones I like the most are Beelzebub, Sir Leviathan, Belfagor and Brutus (yes half of them, but that has to say something, okay xD) I will post them all eventually, even though for Lucifer I'm not too proud, probably changing him again in the future, but for now it stays. Going to show them soon, I hope. xD


Designs are somewhat based on biblical descriptions, but I mostly took my own interpretation, meaning I looked some things up that could be resembling this sin.


For Gluttony, I picked a pig, because it's obvious, also took carnivorous plants as her tails, cuz in some medias, these plants are potrayed like gluttonous monsters and gave her flies as earrings, cuz accurate Beelzebub is somesort of a fly.

The mouths all over her body should be obvious too.
I made her thin as bones, because I'm kinda sick seeing Gluttony always portrayed as a fattie.
Not in just "oh she's slim", no, she's boney. And I like to imagine that her bones crack a lot when she moves, to make her even more creepier.
