Woah i love the hair!!!
But look finger looks wrong, it is too curved.
Also tie is too up, try drawing it more down. Also lineart looks inconsistent, please try to make one line. .
And hat looks like it is tooooo big on him, try to draw it a but left...
Btw i also love bg, eyes and like...
Skin shading... I love it..so much
