Dark-dwellers tend to come off as unapproachable and “scary” like they are.
After being saved by one of the princes, Avira is dedicated to serve him the best they can; they do all the work he would rather not be involved in. They do everything in their power to please Chronus as best they can.
Avira was born a magpie. Magpies are generally received well, but after a few “incidents”, the bright and chattery bird became secluded and bitter. Not everything stays the same, and after one final encounter that change is permanent.
The song of this bird is now hollow and empty.
Magpie Avira! They were such a hard character to design at first, as I wanted to use crows or ravens but that was a bit too obvious! I came up with magpies one night and gripped unto that HARD. I love how their design came out! What do you think of this isolating bird?Mar 21, 2022
